What photo should I send?
One where your player is in focus and well lit. Take it straight from your camera roll, not a screenshot and not a photo forwarded through social media, because those come through compressed. A phone photo from the last couple of years is plenty.
How do I send the photo after ordering?
Reply to your order confirmation email with the photo attached, plus the name and number exactly as you want them printed. We reply to confirm we have it.
How long does delivery take?
Production plus shipping is 7 to 10 business days. US shipping is free and tracked.
Is it framed?
No. It's an unframed 11 x 14 print that ships rolled in a tube, so you can choose the frame or hang it as is.
Can I use a photo a professional took?
Only with the photographer's permission. Team and school photographers usually own the shot, so ask them first. You confirm on the order that you have the rights to the photo.
Can you put a team logo on it?
No. Team names, logos and league marks are licensed property. We print your photo, your colours, their name and number, which keeps the print clean and keeps us out of trouble.

18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gameface Prints, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. You and Gameface Prints consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You and Gameface Prints consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.
23. Translations
The Terms of Service may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflicts between these English Terms of Service and Terms of Service available in another language, the most current English version of the Terms of Service will prevail.
